Situated on an elevated site with expansive rural views, this home has five bedrooms and includes a wing for parents and guests, and one for the children with their own ‘fallout’ area. The two main living spaces and children’s fallout area, open to outdoor living areas and the pool beyond.
Orientated east to west, the living areas face north and optimise solar gain. Constructed to a high standard by a local builder, this home received a gold medal in the Master Builders Annual Awards.
